Accountabilities and responsibilities.

Strategic Leadership and Vision:

  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive cybersecurity infrastructure strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and risk tolerance.

  • Lead the cybersecurity infrastructure team, setting goals, defining roles and responsibilities, and mentoring team members.

Security Infrastructure Management:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security measures and technologies to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber attacks.

  • Ensure the resilience and scalability of security infrastructure, including endpoint protection, cloud security, OT security and be compliant with the different regulations the business is subject to.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure that all cybersecurity practices and infrastructure deployments comply with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

  • Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to manage cybersecurity risk and compliance effectively.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Foster collaboration with IT, network operations, application development, and other departments to integrate security into all aspects of technological operations.

  • Communicate with executive management and key stakeholders about cybersecurity risks, strategies, and the state of the security infrastructure.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

  • Keep abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and best practices to ensure the security infrastructure remains robust and effective.

  • Drive innovation in security practices and tools to enhance the organization's defense capabilities and operational efficiency.

Experience, skills and behaviours:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a multinational complex setting.

  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001), regulations (EAR, ITAR, CMMC, etc), and best practices.

  • Experience with Endpoint solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Tanium, Ivanti, etc

  • Experience with EDR solutions such as Crowdstrike, Sentinel, Microsoft Defender

  • Experience with OT security (OT tiering model, OT network security, OT protection)

  • Experience with Cloud security (CSPM, CNAPP) such as Orca Security, Prisma Cloud, WIZ

  • Experience in managing complex technology migrations and lifecycle management.

  • Project management skills to plan and execute infrastructure related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

  • Certifications related to product management, cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM)

  • Agile or other project management methodologies experience is a plus

  • Strong leadership capability, executing as appropriate in the areas of responsibility

  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others
