We are looking for:
- A Function Controller who will provide timely financial analysis and business partnering to various functions within the Specialty Polymers and Composite Materials organization.
We count on your for:
Fixed Cost Performance and Trend Analysis vs Forecast, Prior Year, Budget;
Business Partner to R&I, Commercial, and Admin functions;
Monthly global analysis to functional leads on spend vs budget, forecast, and prior year;
Support and lead the quarterly forecast and budget processes;
Work closely with functional leaders on key initiatives requiring financial insights and analysis;
Global support and coordination of the capitalization of development cost process;
Ad hoc reporting;
You will bring:
Business Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
3-5 years of relevant work experience
English proficiency (must have)
Experience / working knowledge on SAP/BW, Excel, and Google Suite tools
Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization and manage multiple projects / priorities
Aptitude for partnering with business and other functions
Strong analytical skills
