We are looking for:
Syensqo is creating its internal Global Business Services (GBS) to cover Finance, Procurement and Human Resources activities. We offer you to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and to contribute to this group’s transformation. Join us in one of our 3 service centers: Lisbon, Curitiba, and Bangkok, be part of this transformation journey from the start. We are currently looking for a Service Catalog Product Owner for all service catalogs in the GBS scope, on the BMC Helix Business Workflows (BWF) solution.
We count on you for:
Product Owner Business Work Flow - TSA separation phase:
Ensure that all service catalogs in the GBS scope will be functional at the time of Go-Live (workflows, support groups, in- and outbound email integration, etc.)
Act as a single point of contact at GBS for the BMC Helix Business Workflows solution clone IT project. Connect with IT team and external partners
Collaborates with the GBS Service Owners and GBS Service Lines Management team to define the right level of service catalog structure
Coordinate and ensure set up of the Groups of agent
When needed collaborate with the relevant stakeholder in charge of interface / application with BMC Helix and Business workflows
Ensure continuity in Dashboard and KPI follow up embedded in Helix
Support IT in planning UAT
Report progress to the Transformation Managers
Product Owner BWF - RUN Mode:
Lead transformation of user interface/experience by leveraging technology
Management of end Users
Listen feedback (oral, complaint, survey, exchange with agents)
Collect formal requests from GBS agents
Challenge them (what ? why ? urgency ? criticality ?)
Create User Story
Set a backlog and define Sprint Content / Prioritization
Participate actively in rituals (Scrum Calls, Grooming, Planning, Review, Retrospective)
Participate in project (ex: version upgrade)
Communicate at each release to Agents and stakeholders
Defend GBS / BWF Entities interests
Plan future budget/capacity
Resolve transversal issues & escalate when needed to the right person
Connect with IT team and external partners
Give rhythm to BWF evolution cycle
Create dynamic with Line Of Business point of contact
Demand Management process and the Performance Management and Reporting process:
GBS Performance management and reporting
KPI definition, measurement, follow-up & analysis
Participate in the annual target settings in terms of KPI/OPI in line with the ambition for standardization, automation and compliance
Organize and manage a monthly/quarterly performance review
Build and contribute to standard report to reinforce performance and compliance
Develop and maintain effective working relationship with all relevant internal and external Stakeholders
GBS Demand Management
Collect, assess and validate change requests and projects

You will bring:
3 to 5 years experience in IT Service Management Office
Scrum methodology knowledge (sprint cycle)
BMC Helix tool experience, or similar tool
Service driven mindset and ability to be agile
Ability to connect people and connect with people
Good communication (ex: clear communication plan)
Proactive with a high level of initiative and autonomy in the day to day organization
Customer-orientated with good level of problem solving skills
Understand BMC Helix modules (DWP / BWF / ITSM) or similar tool
Jira tool knowledge - nice to have
Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
