We are looking for :

  • An intern for 6 months to be part of Corporate Treasury team

We count on you for :

  • Bank Account Management

  • Creation & closure of Solvay group bank accounts (worldwide)

  • Interface with banks for maintenance of bank accounts, including :

  • KYC process

  • Update of Power of Attorneys / list of signatories in collaboration with Finance

  • Setup & maintenance bank account related services such as cash-pooling, communication & online banking tools

  • Central Administration of Solvay Bank Accounts repository (AODOCS eBAM)

  • Responsible for Treasury archives (with banks, intragroup & third-parties)

  • Participate co-development initiatives led by Solvay preferred banking partners

  • Other (LEI issuance…)

  • Treasury Tools

  • Upload and control of market data in TMS & ERPs (Reuters, Bloomberg). Resolution of incidents

  • Maintenance of statistic data and access rights in Treasury systems (FIS Quantum, 360T, Finastra Mysis, Fairways…)

  • Follow-up of Treasury tickets (Freshdesk, Helix, FIS) and assignment to right team

  • Supervise connectivity with banks (Swiftnet, EquensWorldline, Fides) & optimize costs

  • Administration of “Treasury Online Banking” (In-House-Bank payment tool) and POAs

  • Develop expertise on AODOCS, QlikSense and digital tools

  • Competitive intelligence on Treasury technologies and developments

  • Risk Management & Compliance

  • Enforce internal control and supervise audit. Compliance

  • Manage the Business Continuity Plan of TSU and organize regular testing

  • Ensure exhaustiveness of TSU Procedure (OPD Matrix), Working Procedures (Confluence) and Training (YOUGROW) and coordinate the updates with key stakeholders

  • Other (Counterparty risk management, EMIR, Safe…)

  • Treasury Projects Management

You will bring :

  • At least bachelor degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent work experience

  • Experience in a data management, automation, treasury or finance environment

  • Fluent in English. Portuguese, French and/or Asian language is a plus.

  • Strong organizational & analytical, critical thinking and customer service skills

  • Awareness and interest in banking technologies (Swift, Digital, new payment types…)

  • Microsoft Suites. Experience with SAP, Treasury Management Systems (Quantum), Bank Account Management tools, Payment platforms and Swift environment.

  • Project & Change Management skills in Finance.

  • Risk Management

  • Written and verbal communication (presentations, documents...)

  • Ability to manage people transversally

  • Fast Learner
