We are looking for:
To manage & responsible on Surfactant production/Supervisor WH job and wastewater unit to meet business requirements with good implementation of group manufacturing management system and in compliance with HSE, Quality & GMP standards.
To manage the good availability of the E&I and Utility for serving the production
To assist Production & Warehouse Manager for any assignments
We count on you for:
To implement group HSE system and supervise and motivate plant operators to work in compliance with the defined HSE procedures with good results and supporting records.
To work cooperatively with other related functions on effective Production Plan with good plant utilization, Inventory management.
To manage plant production output to achieve the agreed Plant Production planning with good quality results. Good management of raw materials, finished product, production supplies in order to get the product on time and in accordance with related system requirements.
To manage and responsible on waste water.
To work closely and collaboratively with plant and Enterprise’s technical team on process and technical exchange.
To manage to have updated SOP and ensure all SOP requirements are fully implemented and respected by Warehouse staffs.
To implement group Operational Excellence in production unit and monitoring the results and take appropriate actions with related functions to achieve all expected production results.
To control and improve manufacturing cost for better cost competitiveness.
To lead and develop the warehouse team to be able to work efficiently on SOP and icompliance with WCM, and HSE system.
Coordinate with Production & WH Manager and Shift Leader to meet production plan and maintain or improve plant productivity, yield and right first time.
To implement group Operational Excellence in production unit and monitoring the results and take appropriate actions with related functions to achieve all expected production results
Monitor and take appropriate actions on related key production parameters (5S, TEC, STOP,…..)
Co-operate with Production & WH Manager to train new operators.
Strictly apply and enforce the implementation of Quality & GMP standard procedures with good documents and records
Take care all equipment in their working area by do 1 st and 2 nd level of maintenance
Assist Production & WH Manager for any special request.
HSE SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/ AUTHORITIES :
Supervise the production and warehouse team to operate the production with compliance to HSE rules and procedures and be a role model “ Safety First “
Follow all site HSE rules and procedures, lead by example
Implement and follow the HSE programs.
Attend every safety training as requirement and HSE Meeting on Working Area
Report to Production and WH for any unsafe condition or inappropriate safety equipment / devices in the production area for further correction
Assure the contractors working in the production area fully comply to the HSE procedures (work permit, PPE,…. )
Effectively take responsible roles as defined in the HSE procedures
Support HSE & Facility Manager on implementing HSE objectives and action plan
You will bring:
High Vocational Education or Diploma in any industrial fields.
High caliber performance in the production tasks with at least 5 years experience in the related fields.
Understand manufacturing / production planning / maintenance / Utility supply and quality control system.
