We are looking for:

• A young technical expert with practical hands-on experience in the aero-craft or aero-space composite area and a basic understanding on material storage, cutting, lay-up, curing, machining and testing or have a good understanding on composite part fabrication.

We count on you for:

• Comply with Syensqo HSE standards, procedures and 5S guidance. Contribute to the continued development of HSE standard and procedure.

• Execute composite coupon testing and characterize composite materials under supervision or guidance.

• Understand and be able to make parts with complex geometry under supervision or guidance. Be able to optimize the operation.

• Perform trials and experiments to assess a material process ability.

• Observe process and collect information, document information and process to support basic data analysis.

• Undertake the necessary training in order to become a competent user of equipment and hardware within the facility.

• Good communication with customers.

• Good co-work with the team.

• Have ability to balance insistence and compromise.

You will bring:

• Graduated from university. Bachelor's degree or above degree.

• A good education with a bachelor or above degree.

• Solid English reading and writing skills.

• At least 3 years of practical hands-on experience with aero-craft or aero-space composite.

• In particular a basic understanding on material storage, cutting, lay-up, curing, machining and testing or have a good understanding on composite part fabrication.

• A basic understanding of characteristics and properties of composite materials or a good understanding on composite part fabrication process.

• Be familiar with the axillary material, tools and equipment used for composite panel/part fabrication.

• Demonstrate their ability to overcome obstacles and to work with limited supervision and have willing to do hard work with team members when project needs.

• Demonstrate their willing to proactively work and have a positive “can do” attitude. Carry out task upon own initiative, whilst contributing to the team.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to form new relationships with colleagues and customer.

• Good time management and flexible working hours as required. And have good skills to balance work and life.

• Diligence and attention to details. Have the ability to observe foundlings and keep good records to trace.

• Basic IT skills such as Word, Excel, and PPT is a must. CATIA or CAD skills is nice to have.
