Engenheiro de Produção - Taboão da Serra (São Paulo, Brasil)

Procuramos:

Profissional com formação em engenharia Química ou de Produção, com experiência mínima de 3 anos em indústria química, na área produtiva.

Contamos com você para:

• Analisar e melhorar os processos produtivos

• Implementar projetos de excelência da manufatura

• Assegurar a manutenção e melhoria dos processos de Segurança Ocupacional e de Processos e da Qualidade dos produtos

• Gerenciar os custos de produção afim de garantir a perenidade do negócio

• Apoiar na definição dos projetos de investimentos para a área

• Gerenciar as equipes operacionais, garantindo a diversidade, igualdade e inclusão no ambiente de trabalho

• Apoiar as iniciativas de formação e treinamento das equipes operacionais, melhorando continuamente a qualificação profissional

Production Engineer - Taboão da Serra (São Paulo, Brazil)

We are looking for:

Professional with a degree in Chemical or Production engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in chemical industry, in the production area.

• Analyze and improve production processes

• Implement manufacturing excellence projects

• Ensure the maintenance and improvement of Occupational Safety and Process and Quality of Products processes products

• Manage production costs to ensure the continuity of the business

• Support in the definition of investment projects for the area

• Manage operational teams, ensuring diversity, equality and inclusion in the workplace

• Support training and training initiatives for operational teams, continually improving professional qualifications
